Who is responsible

TradePilot is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@tradepilot.app.

What we store

• Account data: your email address and authentication details.
• Strategies you create, including uploaded strategy documents and extracted rules.
• Your watchlist, AI signals, research reports and automation settings.
• Trade records generated through the app (symbol, side, quantity, price, timestamp).
• Technical logs needed to run and debug the service.

We do not ask for or store payment card data, and we do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Why we process it

To provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract), to keep it secure and working (legitimate interest), and where required, to comply with the law.

Who processes it for us

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores your account and app data.
• Our AI provider, which receives the strategy text, market data and prompts needed to generate the output you request.
• Our brokerage/market-data provider, for account, position and order data.

These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Security and access

Data is protected by authentication and row-level access rules so that each account can only read and write its own strategies, trades, positions, signals and documents. Uploaded strategy documents are stored in a private bucket accessible only to their owner.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your strategies, documents, signals and trade records are deleted, apart from anything we must keep for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction of your data, and you can object to processing. Email support@tradepilot.app and we will respond within the period required by law. If you are in the EU/EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
