TradePilot is a software tool. Nothing in the app — including AI-generated signals, research reports, strategy summaries, scores or any other output — is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a broker, bank, investment firm or licensed financial adviser, and we do not provide portfolio management or personal financial planning.

Every decision you make remains your own. Consult a licensed professional before acting on any information you find here.

AI output can be wrong

The app uses large language models and third-party market data. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, biased or simply incorrect, and market data can be delayed or erroneous. Backtested or historical performance never predicts future results.

Paper trading by default

TradePilot connects to a paper (simulated) trading environment. Simulated results do not reflect real execution, slippage, fees, liquidity or emotional pressure. If you ever connect credentials for a live account, you do so entirely at your own risk and accept that automated orders may be placed on your behalf.

Automation risk

Auto-trading executes orders without human confirmation, within limits you configure. Software bugs, outages, API failures, wrong configuration or unexpected market conditions can lead to unintended orders or losses. You are responsible for monitoring your account and for the limits you set, and you can disable auto-trading at any time.

Capital at risk

Trading in stocks and other instruments involves substantial risk, including the total loss of your capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePilot and everyone involved in providing it are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output.
